Never Forget.

May 28, 20101. 1 month down and hopefully way less than 2 more to go (Bryan *may* get to come home early).
2. Cooking with Jacey, she’s really getting the hang of it and soon I’ll be able to let her go on her own for more than scrambled eggs.
3. Putting goody boxes together for Bryan. Makes me feel good to send him a piece of “home”.
4. Exercise.
5. Less than 2 months now (57 days 8 hours 33 minutes 17..16..15 seconds) till we hit the road to Vegas.

Have I ever told you how much I <3 Grease?! I would rank it in my top 5 favorite movies. I mean, I even did the whole poodle skirt, 50′s girl thing for Halloween when I was a kid. Too bad I don’t have a picture of that scanned in or you would all get to experience Texas sized big hair Lacey (not sure what I was thinking…oh wait, I wasn’t…it was all my MOM :). Anyway, I digress.
I have also spread my love of Grease to Jacey, so when I saw that our local college was going to be doing a production of it on stage, I knew I had to get tickets. So, I stayed up Sunday night to wait on them to go on sale and scored front row seats. I am thrilled and I know Jacey will be too. Mommy-Daughter date to Grease one week and Family date to Le Grand Cirque the next week.

May 21, 20101. Surprise cards from Bryan in the mail with mushy messages :).
2. DFAS didn’t screw up our pay after all…LOL!
3. I actually slept last night.
4. Tickets are bought for Le Grand Cirque (our last hurrah here in NWFL) and tickets for Grease go on sale next week (Mommy-Jacey date).

May 14, 20101. We are debt free minus the vehicle payments (and possibly a mortgage in Vegas:) for the first time in our almost 11 year marriage.
2. I officially no longer *HAVE* to work. I think this makes Bryan even happier than me, to know his hard work made it possible.
3. Yoga, believe it or not, even only 2 classes in, it is affecting my mental state in a great way!
4. I finally managed to get our PCS folder put together, so I don’t feel so “unprepared”. Yes, I am a little OCD :).
