I love making to do lists and yes, the old fashioned way. They have to stay neat too…I have been known to rewrite them after only crossing one thing off.

Thanks so much for sharing – you are such an inspiration to me. I too am a cancer survivor – 3 years and counting since my stem cell transplant.
It is so funny – I kept telling myself that the good thing about having cancer is that I would get skinny – the opposite happened. All is good and I am happy to be alive enough to complain about being fat. I really plan to make a big commitment to my weight loss and putting some actions to my words. I started out the year at 234 and gave up a few months into it so here I sit at 220. My goal for this coming year is to reach 145 pounds.
