Wow, I can’t believe it has already been a month since my surgery. I feel good, only slight twinges occasionally near the port incision. I’m still not cleared for anything except walking, but can’t wait to get back in the gym.
So, for the stats…
In one month, I am down 18.5 pounds and 6 inches!! I don’t see it in the mirror yet, but I definitely can see it in my clothes…I don’t have any that fit anymore…LOL!
And pics…be nice, I take these at the end of the day when I am tired and look like crud.

You can definitely tell! You are looking fabulous lady! You can definitely see the difference in your pics with your cousin! Beautiful as always, but you look even happier!
I’m loving reading your blog. I want to get lap band but i’m afriad. Plus i’m not sure that I weigh enough.
How much do they say you’ll lose? Or do they give you any idea.

Well, I wish you luck with your decision, I feel it is the best thing I have ever done physically for myself.
My doc thinks I will lose 60-65 pounds and my goal is 70, so it makes me feel good that we are pretty close. So far so good, I am down 29.4 at slightly over 2 months out!
