1. the trip to the zoo today with Jacey’s class was a fun time

2. hot water heaters and plenty of water (I felt GROSS after the zoo and then raking part of the front yard today)

3. my doc doesn’t feel a medical PCS is IMMEDIATELY necessary

4.a day full of energy (I went to the zoo, came home and raked 11yard bags worth of leaves and acorns AND made a from scratch Mexican dinner…while that used to be only a small sliver of norm, here lately that would be practically impossible)
