I added a subscription service to my blog for those of you interested. It is in the sidebar on the right at the bottom. It basically emails you a summary any time I update the blog. Much easier in my opinion than constantly checking to see when I update:-)
I also added a seperate one for my healthy me challenge blog as well:-)
But if I subscribe to you then I won’t have any excuse to just be on the computer! :)
